sounds of work
in the neighborhood

primrose colors
in the sun

and perhaps write
primroses near the door

Daily writing prompt for May 15, 2023

Daily writing prompt
Share a story about someone who had a positive impact on your life.

Luci Shaw is an author who has “had a positive impact” on my life. I enjoy reading and rereading her books. You can view Luci Shaw’s page at Amazon and also visit her Official Website.

Her books have been with me through many life chapters, including grief and health challenges. She is an excellent writer, poetry and prose.

More meaning is added when I reread one of her books that helped me through a difficult time. I grow ever more grateful for my simple daily life.

Poems For Review

Daily writing prompt
When is the last time you took a risk? How did it work out?

I remember when I first began sending my poems to editors for review.

Time Of Singing was one of the first print journals to publish my work. The new Spring 2023 issue begins their Volume 50, which is a wonderful achievement. Lora Homan Zill is editor.
