trees

the green that goes
the green that stays
evergreens

trees with leaves
and Fall colors
and then their
shapes and sky

trees with holiday
lights in Winter

and trees
with blossoms
and new leaves
in Spring

From Psalm 1:

And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water,
that bringeth forth his fruit in his season;
his leaf also shall not wither;
and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.

Psalm 1: 3
