My answer is both. I have helped begin new projects and programs, or helped them grow – and I needed to be a leader in some ways, and follow the lead of others as well. I have taught and/or helped with programs from early childhood to a nursing home. My parents were both teachers.
A long time ago, I taught university courses about consultation and collaboration. How to work best together. I may have good skills in one area, and others of course know more in other areas. Together we can achieve a lot. Blogs are a great example.
