In late December 2022, I created the two posts some light begins and also Haiku: Light and Seasons.

Here are two more poems today.

clouds and yet
enough light
to fill a jam jar
with the last
of the carnations

early morning
light on an old painting
in a new place

“early morning” was published by hedgerow: a journal of small poems  #136, 2021, edited by Caroline Skanne. Reprinted at Charlotte Digregorio’s Writer’s Blog.
